@fracturals - Robby & Samira
"I have it under control!" She doesn't give Robby time to berate her, her tone almost a snap - who is she kidding, she snapped at him - just because she stumbled a little, hand to her chest at the return of the pain and feeling that her heart is about to explode. It's yet another panic attack, like the many she's had lately, but the first she's having in front of her attending, so she's even more motivated to do what she's learned to do: push through, ignore it, keep a calm and steady tone with patients. She disappears after that, because Dana distracts him and Samira all but runs away to take care of the many victims of this last massive car accident. A couple of hours later, after she ran from one side of the Pitt to the other, she's reunited with Robby; she helps put a man on a stretcher, and her chest hurts even more, but she gives instructions to dr. King in a calm tone. She can feel the way they look at her when she touched her chest again, out of breath. "It's a panic attack but I'm on top of it," she continues to speak in a calm tone, before checking more vitals. "You--you don't seem to be panicking," dr. King points out hesitantly. "Oh, I'm not. I don't panic anymore, it's just physical. I'm okay," she dismissed it, but then her world spins, and that's weird. "You have it? Good." She tries to walk out gracefully but stumbles right outside, panic attacks sure weakened her, didn't they, but this time she actually has to brace herself against the counter, almost falling down.
