Where is Frak in the Imperium Start au?

Turns out spending your teen years making weapons out of tortured dragons makes you a little intense.

In this AU Frak is not a part of the new ninja- things are awkward between him and Arin, Euphrasia is scared of him, he's scared of Wyldfire and TERRIFIED of Sora (tho he does still have a little crush on her. A tiny one).

Instead he joins the OG ninja post tournament and becomes a middle ground for the two groups since the new ninja are all very distrusting of adults.

Frak-Centric DR fic!!

This is a 4+1 exploration of Frak's serpentine heritage as part of the first generation of Serpentine to be born above ground since the Serpentine war.

It explores internalised racism, loss of culture, and looks a little into Frak's family life.

It's 6am and I haven't slept a wink so BAM little AU ideas where the new ninja (individually) get stuck with Ras pre-dr

Arin and Sora- Ras is in the Crossroads looking for Sora because he thinks it would be handy to have a backup tech person if Beatrix ever betrays him. Finds Arin as well, thinks he has potential and takes them both in. Arin ends up being used as a spy for the ninja, Sora stays with Ras. Sora in this AU would hate Ras as much as she hates Imperium, but would stick around for Arin. Arin would admire Ras a lot more, and would fight against betraying him. Arin is revealed as a spy in the Tournament and goes with Ras, Sora takes her chance and escapes with the Ninja.

Arin (separate) if Arin got stuck with Ras without Sora, I think Ras would have heard about a kid doing spinjitzu and seeked him out. Arin becomes Ras's right hand man but without Sora he's lonely, but Ras isn't threatened enough by Sora to keep a super close eye on him, and so he still privately admires the ninja. Eventually he meets Sora with the ninja and goes with them.

Sora (separate) Ras catches Sora escaping from Imperium and kidnaps her so he has his own tech master. She is not impressed. She works with him for years, making him stuff, but when Ras gets imprisoned she breaks out and runs away to the Crossroads. She talks to Arin a few times when he visits the Crossroads, but she goes a vigilante style path, going after anyone who hurts dragons. She ends up working with the ninja in S3 though, when the ninja are trying to get Arin back- less for Arin, more for revenge.

Wyldfire- Ras kills her dragon family when she's a little kid, but sees potential in Wyldfire and keeps her alive. Wyldfire ends up developing Stockholm syndrome and while she is still super rude and snippy with Ras she's VERY loyal. She's disconnected from society and the other ninja struggle to reach out to her because she's working on an entirely different set of logic then they are. Ras has some level of affection for her but she's less his kid and more like. His favourite knife. Also maybe a future conduit for his master. Ras trusts Wyldfire more then any of his other underlings and she's VERY smug about it.

Euphrasia- Euphrasia gets kicked out of the cloud kingdom for her Elemental power and Ras (needing a cloud monk) picks her up. She has NO idea what his true plans are, Ras basically just sticks her in the Realm of eternal dawn and pops in every once in a while to get her to do something or to play nice. She learns a bit of magic, which causes her and Jordana to have a bit of a rivalry (I don't want to be thrown out again VS I have to be the best). Ras just eggs them on. S2 is a TERRIBLE wake up call for her.

Dude idk for Frak. Maybe he puts on the wolf mask and then goes to spy on the ninja. And he's trying to pretend his goodness isn't shattered while Arin is super creeped out. He's terrible at it tho. He can't quite remember what's good and what isn't.

Frak: (thinking) what's considered good again? I think swearing is bad. Yeah, yeah if I don't swear then they'll believe my goodness isn't shattered. Man, I'm so good at thi-

Arin: Frak what are you doing

Frak: oh I'm lining the bedroom doors with mousetraps to snip off everyone's toes in the morning.

Frak annoys me and I hate him but also I want him to be able to create mergequakes. Would it make him more important, therfore meaning I have to see his face more? Yes. Would it make his lame knock-off Cole powers infinitely more interesting and be an awesome exploration of the new elemental powers and their implications? Also yes.
