The daughter of Handsome Jack, her identity is entirely hidden throughout BL1. She is also referred to as Guardian Angel, helping the vault hunters of BL1 and BL2 on their way to find the vaults. She developed her siren skills when she was far too young, accidentally killing her mother.
Fran - New Tales from the Borderlands
Owner of the frogurt shop partially destroyed by a Maliwan laser (during BL3) on Promethea and one of the playable characters in New Tales from the Borderlands, Fran is working through some unresolved anger issues which may or may not have been caused other people.
