Above is a sketch of my thoughts about the future Au.

I had an idea to make some short sketches based on the post-canon of the third trilogy.

I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY (if I get small details wrong forgive me bUT)

I think it can be said that Riggs knew about Enorace, and didn’t like it… in 2020, the ship very much existed, and he was somewhat involved in the online space… so he would’ve seen one of the most common ships here and there. Therefore, he sloppily tried to split them up, as they’re the only ones by the end of TDoDA that get into romantic at the very least associations with people apart from Jacob and Noor, Enoch with a crush on Francesca and Horace getting with Julius.

I just laugh because they’re a bit sloppy, definitely rushed, and by their position in the book I can tell Riggs had two aims by the end of the last book:

Confirm inclusivity (giving Horace his gay, at the expense of enorace for whatever the hell we got with Julius)

Make sure we knew he wanted Enoch to be straight and that him and Horace ARENT A THING GUYS THEY LIKE FIND EACHOTHER ANNOYING OR SOMETHING
