Not all members of a fraternity are "frat guys"
There are many good fraternity men who greatly benefit from the leadership skills taught by their fraternity. Most chapters aren't all about partying, drinking, hazing, and sexual assault. Most are really committed to better lives. And those that aren't are often just bad chapters while the whole fraternity is still positive. Fraternities shouldn't be banned.
