Listening last week almost exclusively Modest Mouse, I may be a little in deep right now.
Only exception being two Mount Eerie albums.

50. Mount Eerie - Lost Wisdom (PW elverum & Son, 2008)
Listen if you like: night folk, Julie Doiron
As some buyer on Bandcamp wrote: “ This album sounds like how it feels to still be wide awake at 5am, even though you went to bed at 11pm.”
I can’t top that description. All I know is that the Phil Elverum sound just matches perfectly with the voice of Julie Doiron.
Number 50 by the way, which means the countdown is slowly reaching its finale. It’s been fun up until now!

Les mots murmurés avant le jour, ceux qui ravivent l’âme de leur exquise morsure.

241. Daniel, Fred & Julie - Daniel, Fred & Julie (You’ve changed Records, 2009)
Listen if you like: traditional folk & country
In 2009, the wonderful Julie Doiron got together with Daniel Romano and Fred Squire to record this folk album with renditions of classic folk songs. It feels timeless.
this is good 1.27am music

What do I want with my life now that you're gone? I want your ghost gone
