It’s a shame that the boys never got to meet the twins, Ron or Ginny. I mean, he met them, but no one stays the same as they were as a toddler.
He would think the twins were bonafide geniuses. The pranks are a bit much some days, but the skill and ingenuity behind them is honestly impressive. Neither of them can talk poorly about them having strange jobs either.
Ron would have beaten his own uncles at wizard chess by Christmas of his fourth year. Easily. They sneak him a drink for it. He’s a genuinely skilled tactician and while they both expect to lose more often than not they make a point of challenging him now and again, just to remind him.
Fabian would be beside himself if Ginny showed an interest in Quidditch. He lived and breathed it as a boy and wouldn’t stand for her brothers implying she shouldn’t play. He’s on a first name basis with more female players than he can shake a stick at.
And Gideon, the duelist, doesn’t know WHERE she picked up her hexes but is proud all the same. Despite Molly’s wishes he’d want to take her outside, teach her how to duel properly. No niece of his will have a wonky technique...and who’s to say he will remember he shouldn’t be teaching her low-level curses?
Just??
THEY WERE ROBBED OF SO MUCH
