Ah, San Fransokyo. It was a nice city, according to Judy. And what better way to be a part of what makes the city a good place is to be a member of the police force. At first, her parents were hesitant in the career path she chose, hoping she would want to stick with the family business, but Judy wanted to create her own future. She reassured them that everything would be fine, and that this was what she really wanted.
Judy did the training, she graduated, top of the class believe it or not, and soon enough, she was an actual police officer. Her childhood dream had come true. And she had to admit, there was various perks to the job. She ended up befriending a few people at the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology since she happened to be called to keep watch at the many events the university held. She’d be lying if she said that everything she saw there wasn’t interesting.
One of the friends she met there was Fred Lee. Pretty goofy, but a very cool and nice guy overall. Being the busy officer she was, the two never really necessarily “hung out”, but they would meet occasionally either at the university or at Lucky Cat Café. Things were going pretty well for Judy, until one day….
Superheroes in San Fransokyo? What was this, a live action comic book? Not that she was judging too harshly on that, but she was definitely curious about this group. Normally, the police is who is on the case and saves the day, but with these new guys in town…they were practically taking over. Were they doing a good thing? Technically, yes. But Judy wanted to know why. And /who/ was wearing all of that getup?
"You're going to be okay."
“Fr-Freddie... I’m--I’m n-not to-o s-sure ab-about that...” The pain was intensifying and her pulse was weak. She could barely focus on anything that surrounded her, so she decided to close her eyes, and suddenly grew more anxious and scared when she couldn’t feel her lower body anymore. Blood oozed out of her wounds, and she could barely even budge the debris off of her legs.
“I-I-I’m... sc-scared...” Her body trembled, and she began to feel extremely lightheaded.

Like a flash of lightning, something instantly changed. “...” She felt... different. Like a part of her was missing, like something was blacking out an important memory or memories.
Lauren made her way down the hallway of the school, hugging her book with her head down. However, she bonks into someones shoulder, making direct eye contact with the blue eyed male.
She blinks, “Sorry.” Lauren brushes off her shoulder, and began to walk in the other direction, unaware that was her brother.
*pokes Lauren in face* ((because it's been forever since Fred talked to his sister))
One minute your sitting by your desk, nose-deep in your textbook, then the next you’re awakened from your studying daze by someone poking you in the face.
Lauren squints her eyes at the sudden poke, and shakes her head, “Huh?” Lauren arched a brow, looking up to see who it was. “Oh, Hey Freddie.” She closes the book, poking her brother back with the mechanical pencil.
