The second any player earns a starting position on a mature side, A18 Above 18 then they should never ever transfer to the bench.

When Endrick left Palmeiras as a Starter from their youth system, did Real Madrid pass the three test? No. Real Madrid could do 1+2. But Real Madrid couldn't do 3. No go.
