FireAlpaca Ver 2.14.0 update ( 2026/01/13 )
Time lapse can now be exported in MP4 format (Windows).
Added snap settings to Dot Tool options.
It's now easier to re-run the most recently run filter.
You can now change the brush store's connected server from the preferences.
From 2.14.0 onwards, only the 64-bit version is available.
From the official website update log: https://firealpaca.com/download/
Ahoy!
Seems like the video with a tutorial and link for getting CLIPStudioPaint is gone, so have a new link (in the reblog) and a written tutorial instead:
Use the password "kadalinfree" when unzipping it. After unzipping, click the "setup.exe" and install the program like you normally would.
After you're done with installing, go to the "crack" folder and copy a file called "CLIPStudioPaint.exe". Paste and replace the file with the same name in the folder: "C:\Program Files\CELSYS\CLIP STUDIO 1.5\CLIP STUDIO PAINT\". (This is the default location, if you installed the file elsewhere, go there.)
To make sure you get all the EX features, make sure to copy "Config.sqlite" from the "crack" folder and paste and replace it in "My Documents\CELSYS\CLIPStudioPaintVer1_5_0\Preferenc"
And that should be it, get out there and make art!
Free Video Editing Program List
I will share with you what I’ve found when searching. If you want to add one, feel free to do so / let me know, I will change the master post.
Note: I haven’t tried every single program/website.
1. Shotcut
The feature is pretty basic, I used it a lot.
Link: https://shotcut.org/
Requirements:
Operating system: 64-bit Windows 7 - 10, Apple macOS 10.10 - 10.15, or 64-bit Linux with at least glibc 2.27.
CPU: x86-64 Intel or AMD; at least one 2 GHz core for SD, 4 cores for HD, and 8 cores for 4K.
GPU: OpenGL 2.0 that works correctly and is compatible. On Windows, you can also use a card with good, compatible DirectX 9 or 11 drivers. We do not have a list.
RAM: At least 4 GB for SD, 8 GB for HD, and 16 GB for 4K.
NOTE: If your computer is at the lower end of CPU and RAM requirements, you should use both the Preview Scaling and Proxy features to help reduce preview lag.
Hard drive: yes, get one; the bigger, the better :-)
Network: Shotcut does NOT require access to the network to activate, check a subscription, or send usage analytics. However, some links in the Help menu do link out to this web site. If you have files on a fast (at least 1 Gb/s) network share you can access them from there through your operating system.
2. Da Vinci Resolve
This was recommended a lot by comments/youtuber, but if you have potato specs, you can't use this program.
Link: https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/nz/products/davinciresolve/

Windows 10 Creators Update.
16 GB of system memory. ...
Blackmagic Design Desktop Video 10.4.1 or later.

3. Kdenlive
Link: https://kdenlive.org/en/

The developers recommend 32-bit or 64-bit computers with a modern processor such as AMD 64 or Intel mono/dual core systems. Also essential is a fast hard disk with more than 20 GB of free space and at least 1 GB of RAM.
REBLOG THIS SPREAD THE WORD
Why do so few people know about Krita more people should know about Krita
It's literally has basically everything Photoshop does but it's better for art and free!!! And you can animate on it!!!! And people don't know about it ???!!!!
I mean I get that it's a computer only program and a bunch of people draw on their phone but even still!!! Why do people not know about it!!
KRITA IS RIGHT THERE ITS GOOD IT PROBABLY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED IF YOU GOOGLE IT ITS PROBABLY A FUNCTION (IVE BEEN USING THIS FOR SINCE I GOT A DRAWING TABLET AND I STILL KEEP FIGURING OUT NEW THINGS IT CAN DO IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU USUALLY NEED LIKE FLIPPING CANVAS AND CLIPPING LAYERS AND BLENDING AND THERES DIFFERENT TOOL OPTIONS FOR EVERY TOOL YOU CAN CHANGE HOW MUCH YOUR FILL TOOL FILLS AND ALL THAT KINDA STUFF AND IT CAN HANDLE LIKE A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF LAYERS REALLY WELL AND RECENTLY THEY UPDATED YOU CAN LIKE DRAG AROUND A SECTION TO FILL IT INSTEAD OF JUST A FILL TOOL AND)
I keep on seeing people getting excited about other overpriced programs like "Omg I can do detailed art now" but literally no one knows what Krita is YOU CAN DO ALL THE SAME THINGS ON KRITA BUT FOR FREE
AND THERES ALSO THE PEOPLE WHO DO KNOW ABOUT IT BUT THINK ITS BAD BECAUSE ITS FREE????? 😭
I also found another free digital art program! Took about 2 hours for me to do this because there was so many brushes to test (and try to remember which I liked the most etc.). Clouds, for example, are ready brushes which I downloaded in the program.
Not the best result (yet) but still I am happy! I really want to start to paint landscapes / backgrounds at some point :)
You can download your free Autodesk Sketchbook here -> https://sketchbook.com/ (roll down some and you come across with “download” button!)
GIMP has “Line Art Detection” on All Visible Layers and Gap Fill!!
