For some reason, it seems that most believe that they will accomplish greatness in their lifetime. That they will have a great job, great wealth, great possessions, great skills, etc. And this belief that “I will be great” leads us to believe that greatness is our destiny, that greatness is our birthright. Yet, more of us then not come to the harsh point in life where we need to accept that we are perhaps more ordinary then we thought or that perhaps greatness is not our destiny. And I believe it is at this point where we can choose to live free from having to achieve greatness at every turn, and simply enjoy the ride of living our lives. I am coming to understand that simply wanting to enjoy the moment brings the greatest joy. Meeting someone to simply meet without a goal brings about the most fulfilling of relationships. Working and doing what I enjoy and believe in brings the greatest fulfillment rather than working and doing what will bring me the great wealth, fame, or acknowledgement. I am coming to understand that greatness is not a noun. It is not a title or an association. Greatness is an adjective, and it can turn the most ordinary and simple portions of our lives into the greatest portions of our lives if we will let it.

Still needs work but let me know what you guys think if you want to....
Give me all that you can be from the mountains to the sea
I’ll be as gentle as the wind and softer than the ocean foam
Give your heart your soul your body and your mind
I promise to nurture you like a grape vine
Ill hold you in my arms till the early dawn light
So give me all that you can be from the mountains to the sea
Ill be as gentle as the wind and softer than the ocean foam
And all ask from you is to love me till we grow old
And together we will weather the storm through night
And arms will be a harbor your guiding© light
So give me all that you can be from the mountains to the sea
And I’ll be as gentle as the wind and softer than the ocean foam
Ill nurture your hear your soul and be yours to hold
Ill tend to your body and youre mind give you all that I can be
So all I ask from you is that you weather the night through till the early morning dawn rest here in my arms
And give me all that you can be from the mountains to sea
And Ill be as gentle as the wind and softer as the ocean foam
Give me all that you can be and together we shall sea the early dawns light as we wait through night in this harbor of my arms © CMR
