Happy Ramadan Kareem to all of my Muslim sisters out there! This Ramadan feels heavier since our Ummah is currently grieving for the loss of innocent Palestinian lives that were taken in a span of 5 months. The thought that they have never been able to experience a peaceful Ramadan for the last 75 years makes me tear up so bad. I think people need to understand that there are Jews inhabiting in Palestine as well.
