thank you! it went fine. the carpet moved a little bit so I tried not to look at it. the lights are very bright but I can take a nap later. we’re switching me to immediate release effexor, three 75mg tablets instead of one 225mg. 75mg lamictal from 50mg, and then increasing to 100mg in two weeks, for moodswings (”not that you have bipolar; we treat based on symptoms, not disorders”). we also talked about switching from effexor to something else since it’s been really helpful for my anxiety but kind of not at all for my depression. hopefully all I’ll have to do is pick up my medications on the way home. HOPEFULLY. if there are no huge insurance crises and if the pharmacy isn’t out of all the pills I need as they often are. OH but also - full xanax refill, so that’s nice.
