Last Sunday my friend treated me to Batter & Berries for a belated birthday present. I’ve heard so many good things about this place and they do not disappoint. However it’s so renowned that a line is there very early. A 45 minute wait! That’s why you see the people hovering around the entrance waiting to to dine. But one smart entrepreneur has a mobile shopping truck to browse while you wait @chicagochicboutique. My purchase was this cute necklace and earring set to go with my maxi dress. I loved it! Finally we were called and we ordered the French toast flight (strawberry, blueberry, maple pecan and watermelon & Tito tequila flavored), shrimp primavera omelette with cheesy potatoes and an apple cinnamon waffle. It was all so good!
