Kings & Queens of Kona 2017 Series - Lionel Sanders (CAN) . . . .................................................. Freshii is officially open at The Harrison at 301 W. Jefferson Blvd. Bringing a fresh and nutritious option to a global chain is a new perk here in Downtown Fort Wayne. Open six days a week from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, Freshii is here to make their mark.

I walked in and found the space to be bright and airy. With natural light coming from the north and south windows, the space is based around a clean, simplistic approach. The menu also has the same feel. It was my first time in a Freshii and I had no problem navigating their menu options. I didn’t just enjoy biting into my salad but after that little window of time passed when I sometimes regret those quick lunch choices, I left feeling great. This food is high-quality and nothing short of delicious.

They offer a little bit of everything including soups, salads, wraps, frozen yogurt, smoothies, juices, and more. I tried one of their juices and a salad. There wasn’t any letdown. I’m always impressed when I can eat healthy and still enjoy that flavor that foods were meant to have. The staff were also incredibly helpful and well-versed on the food options and ingredients.

With a view of Parkview Field, this is a great addition not just to The Harrison but to Downtown Fort Wayne as a whole. Check out their menu at freshii.com and stop by. I think you will not only enjoy this new spot but you’ll be back for more.
