Someday’s I feel like no one quite gets the point about eating healthier. Everyone seems to think that you re absolutely nuts turning down cappuccinos and resisting the chocolate topped decadent milkshakes. Have your handful of vitamins every morning if you want but let me have mine. A glass of freshly pressed juice to kickstart the day. This carrot, apple and ginger juice is one of my favourites.
