Lots of beans, chopped tomatoes, whole kernel corn, nuts, raisins, rolled oats, steel cut oats, red rice, brown rice, black rice, whole-wheat pasta, gojis, polenta, dried cranberries. Itās quite amazing to think how many different meals and bowls you can whip up with a few basics like this and some fresh fruits and veggies added in.
