I've decided I'm going to keep a log of my running PBs. Which means I need to start recording my personal PBs. So, the blanks will be filled in later but so far we have:
5k - 25.02 minutes. I nearly died that time.
10k - 59.54 minutes. That was my first and only 10k so far.
1/2 marathon - *snort, yeah right*!!!!!
One problem is that I have no idea if those stats are good or not, especially for a woman of my *ahem* age. I know it doesn't really matter because I can only improve against myself, but it would be nice to know roughly where I fit in the big wide running world as a whole.
I reckon I can definitely shave off some time from that 3k, it was set quite a few months ago and I feel much faster now. Plus, I have just bought a pair of Nike Pegasuseseseseseses, which means I will run faster than a speeding bullet as soon as I put them on. Watch out Mo, I'm a-coming for you...
