Ok so my brother's an asshole and I'm trying to prove him wrong on something. Does anyone know where that post about Freud that points out why he was a terrible psychiatrist/psychologist or whatever and has sources and stuff? I've reblogged it once or twice but I can't find it.

Okay so hear me out. Lion is a national treasure. I’m not American but I can totally get away with saying this because I write a Mayor. Shh it’s how it works. ANYWAY. Like with others in this community, Lion basically kicked my door down, yelled in a language I have gotten the hang of understanding, threw photos of Dan Stevens ( @whosyourcultdaddy ) all over the place, and then yeeted off to another fandom, leaving my room in a flurry before there was a proper chance to figure out what was going on.

Not that this is a bad thing, far from it! She’s got this boundless energy, even when she is another unfortunate target of work beating her over the head with a wooden plank. I’ve taken great pleasure in sending a silly meme of some sort and waiting for the Lion-ese reaction over the short time we’ve known one another. :D

Plus! She’s able to work with a wide variety of characters. Life has been busy so I haven’t seen much of it when it comes to threads, but Lion has spoken to me about various muses and it’s hard not to be impressed. And have you seen the edits?? Literal magic. It’s a mystery I still can’t figure out.

So here’s to you, Lion! You’re awesome, and I hope things keep getting better for you!!

But Lion I’m honestly so lucky to know you??? You’re the sweetest person I met as soon as I made Celine and I’m so glad @mcrkfischbach suggested I follow you because I would have been super nervous to say anything. Also the plots?? oof! I’m a major excite for them!! I adore your lore so much! It’s so cool to see how everything connects and I’m glad you accept my screaming about my love for Celine and Actor!Mark whether it be the romantic side or the angsty angst that became their relationship.

PLOTTED. 

“Mark, whatever they paid you, I’ll double it for you to leave me alone.” Not an uncommon request, but an uncommon setting for it. Usually Celine doesn’t mind waking up when Mark does, especially if it means she gets a few extra hours of time to herself- if he’s up early, nine out of ten times it’s for an audition. She doesn’t mind the gentle urgings to wake up, the clatter of hangers and cologne bottles as Mark loudly gets himself ready for the day. It’s become comfortable by now, as has most of married life. 

But today, she’d rather just... ignore the fact she’s married. For the past three days, it had been an easy feat- Mark was working nights and usually slept right through her... her incidents. This was his first morning with her in awhile, and she wished to God it wasn’t. 

Gingerly, Celine’s moving his arm off of her waist, pulling away from the the stifling closeness he liked to use to wake her up. She felt like she was burning up already, and there was a familiar woozy feeling in the pit of her stomach she’d rather get sorted sooner than later. “... I’m sorry, darling, just- not right now. Please? We have all day.”
