Hi folks in late afternoon on Friday. Today, me and the both teams, we faced psychological challenge. I’ve been personally called “proud bitch” and one of the ladies of Handmade, selfish egoist. I had a personal talk to her to calm her down (particularly I felt a bit confused (not hurt, confused) and tried to get where this statement comes from to us. So, what is my understanding after our private talk and our work. We all take pride of our work. What we do, what we achieve with our own efforts, creativity, commitment and dedication. We are not going wishy-washy and when we say we can do something we do it. If we can’t, we are in a rush to learn how to make it or we will refer to someone else who can do the job at the time impeccable until we get to their level. However, we are not “Pride people and Egoist, but with full commitment and support. So in general, I would ask if the people know what is ego and pride and where they come from. Once this answer is given then we agree of supportive evidence to us.
