Apple Situation

Me, experiencing an Emotion and a Stress: we are going to . . . hm . . . fry something.

Out to the apple tree I went. They aren't fully ripe yet, but close e-gottdamn-nough. Pick four of the massive apples. Peel. Slice.

Melt butter in frying pan. Apple slices into the melted butter.

When they're almost fork tender, drop a generous measure of brown sugar into the pan, and hit it with cinnamon/clove/nutmeg mix. Abundantly.

Appalachian antidepressant. Enjoy.
