Fried leeks
It was Thursday night in Toronto after a long day at work and I was really not feeling the vibe for any complicated cooking!! So it was with some effort that I opened Plenty to make my second recipe for the week. But it was another keeper. And only seemed like it was going to be fiddly!
The leeks were pretty simple - parboil, and then egg and crumb. The peppers had a few more ingredients but really it was just a matter of banging them all into a pot and boiling. And then the creme fraiche dipping sauce which was a doddle.
Who doesn't like fried things??
