Easy chicken yakisoba (チキン焼きそば)
Come Saturday, mum is not feeling well, so I went to the other coffee shop a bus stop away to buy breakfast. The most popular stall in this coffee shop is the vegetarian stall. Mum requested the Fried Noodles (炒面) which are cooked with dark soya sauce. Chose mock char siu and stewed pumpkin to go with mum’s noodles.
Rather than going the noodle way, I took their Vegetarian Rice (斋饭) and selected my own dishes. Starting from the left, sticky sweet imitation pork ribs, knotted bean curd skin and spicy mock squid with petai beans (Parkia speciosa).

Chicken With Fried Noodles And Grape-Shaped Ice Cream
Went to grab a small meal. Had a soy garlic chicken with fried noodles. Was already made to consume. Great for students who want a small meal. Good for working individuals too. Chicken is crispy with heavy sauce. Noodles are okay. Best to heat this before eating. The grape-shape ice cream is another variety that tastes cool and sweet. Has a slight grape flavour. Would definitely try more flavours. From “Fushimi Market”.
Gives in Korea instant fried-noodle cups too?
