maybe it's because it's almost 8am and I haven't slept but I just remembered when my friend told me she was gonna double major in art and business and I said "[gasp]! you can decorate your cubicle!" and she said "that's. not what I'm planning on doing with that"

So yesterday I was walking a friend home after hanging out at my house for a few hours.

As we were walking out the door, we decided to start listening to EPIC on shuffle.

We started walking before the music started playing, and my friend said

"Full speed ahead!"

[Cue Full Speed Ahead]

I looked surprised but it was too quiet for my friend to hear so they were kinda confused. And then I turned the volume up a bit and they heard it.

And also we were singing along and

Me, singing: "There in the distance, I see an island! I see a light that faintly glows!" [As the clouds part and sunshine starts to shine down on the street we were on the side of]

My friend: Yeah, I think that's the sun.

"Are we friends? Sorry, I'm not good at the friends thing... I'm probably the least competent at socializing compared to my siblings..."

Last weekend I was hanging with my bestie who was visiting her parents. We were looking for something to watch on prime late at night and were tired as all hell. We then find this “movie” called Bible Bees.

This fucking thing was some of the worst animation and voice acting I’ve ever experienced. These dead eyed creatures with unmatched lip flaps will haunt my nightmares forever.

But the best thing was that she texted her husband back home about it. He LOVES bad animation and is a preacher. After sending commentary to us (which was eerily similar to my own commentary) he said possibly the best sentence I’ve ever heard.

“I’m not going to waste another minute of my one wild and precious life on this shit”

And my god, I need that on a T-shirt.

Anyway, I beat this sucker at Team Sonic Racing and I’ll do it again. I fucking LOVE Team Sonic Racing & Mario Kart… I won 1st place in my family one time as a little 8 year old and I’ve been chasing that feeling ever since /silly
