My friend has OD'd 7 times, and I'm scared that if she does it again she will die from liver failure? Is it possible? she refuses any help and I don't know what to do because I don't see her often. What if the next time her body can't take it?

It depends on a few factors. It depends on what she is ODing on and how she is doing it. There are a number of ways to OD and a few medications that you can do it on. So I would have to know more details about that to give you a more clear answer. See it all depends on the kind of medication and how she does it. Liver damage is certainly a possibility though. But again,it would depend on the severity of the OD and the type of medication.
I am not a doctor and without more information I can’t give you an accurate answer. But yes, I am sure any organ damage is possible after seven attempts. There is only so much abuse our bodies can sustain from medication, given the contents of most medications and eventually things do get damaged. Human bodies might be strong, but there truly is only so much we can take.
Does your friend receive any kind of medical care right now? If not I would suggest that someone does start seeing her. She seems to be struggling a great deal and she certainly needs some help.
