giovanni's room by james baldwin oh my goshhh it hurts like a ***** to read. i can see myself in both the characters sometimes- one fears judgment too much to love openly and the other wears his heart on his sleeve, which obviously was a doomed dynamic from the start :(( i think if you like cmbyn, you'd def like this book as well

i definitely have not written enough fics to give an opinion on this, especially cause most of them are text or multimedia, but maybe i'd say a certain one lurking in my drafts rn!

in a heartbeat i'd say " IM SORRY " by @urjustsosweet ( can you tell i love angst ) and not to be a lia dickrider for the millionth time 😂😂 , but that was the most i've ever felt reading a fic
SOPHIAAA 😍 LAFORTEZA 😍 right away she caught my eye being the leader and all, but she's stayed my #1 ever since because apart from being very charismatic, she's also confident in a way where you wanna look up to her all the time
