Friesentee auf der Insel Baltrum
hi! so i know that in the north of germany people drink the layered sweet milky tea, with the sugar on the bottom, then the milk, then the tea, and you don't stir it. do you think it's possible to accurately recreate it without having even been to the north? i want to try it but i'm stuck not getting to the north
Sure. The important thing will be the Friesentee-Mischung. Have a look at this for preparation and ceremony, und dann mal Prost! :) https://www.thespruce.com/german-tea-culture-and-preparation-1446825
