Le Meneur, or just Meneur! One of my more villainous characters, and a ghost ringleader, with your typical "deal with the devil" schtick! The mask acts like a face (as in, it changes expressions), and he can turn any part of him 360 degrees. The limbs can kind of act independently but too far away from him (I think like... as long as it feasibly still looks like it's a part of him. not behind a wall, for example.) Also kind of difficult to see, but he has blond strands of hair/straw! Common motifs are cards (especially king of diamonds), dice, circuses, chess pieces, jukeboxes, riddles, contracts. c: In terms of mannerisms he is very swooshy and melodramatic! Wicked Fascinations by Circus Contraption is what I'd imagine him to sound like (I describe it as a melodramatic tire squeal voice because I am not very good with descriptions c’: ). Very much is the manipulative type, really enjoys games, and while he won't necessarily cheat, he is very, very good at finding loopholes and lies of omission. If YOU cheat however, that's fair game to him; operates on "an eye for an eye" logic. Also something of an illusionist! He'll oblige with a friendly no-consequences game though (he loves riddles especially). Something of a neglected character of mine in terms of story. While I enjoy drawing him very much, he is in dire need of development. I do still want him to have that disney-depth muahaha villain aspect though. :'D

This is Cory Bayberry! She is part of the Judge’s Investigators from a 5e DnD campaign run by @thekyuusanna​, with me, @vanadric​ , @phoenixpinksocks​ and @chartreuseeffigy​ as the players so far! I drew this as a reference for Art fight 2022. I am fairly sure I’ve posted the animation before though!

Cora "Cory" Bayberry, my stout halfling fighter. She's the muscle of the group called the Judge's Investigators who are essentially fantasy CSI (but they are more like fantasy Darkwing Duck.... we're literally nicknamed "Those Fools"—). Her entire existence is essentially to fight and break things. Cannot remember when she got the chef hat, but she has it now. Is absolutely the type of person who when asked to disarm will spend entirely too much time pulling out a ridiculous amount of weapons. Also much to her teammates' annoyance she has a bagpipe, somewhere. She may not be the brains of the bunch and he solution to things tends to be "F I G H T" but she does like making friends with new people and loves her teammates very much.

I think I’ve only ever posted Oma once or twice, but have the absolutely not at all threatening grandma. Also an updated ref for Artfight 2022. Here’s her description on there:

The Hag, Omena el Ghoula, baba yaga are all names that could apply, but she also likes grandma, nana, and recently Oma. Lives in a clearing in the middle of a woods of hawthorn trees, with the occasional haphazard trail of string. It's almost always snowing there regardless of season, for some reason. This tiny old lady will kindly offer you shelter and comfort as she sits and knits, ask you for stories and memories as she shares stories of her own grandchildren. You can stay there for as long as you like, but that might not be the best idea. So as to not ramble on for much longer: Oma is a Hag that feeds on the emotions and memories of any "grandchild" that happens to stumble upon her. She's very much based on the unhealthy side of nostalgia, keeping you in a literal comfort zone clinging on to the past until it's eaten up all your time and chance for new memories. Very much lives by "you'll capture more flies with honey than with vinegar". 

As you can see she has a caterpillar form (based on both the spotted oleander and oleander hawkmoth caterpillars), but there was also the idea of a puppet-like form. Her cottage (along with the weirdly snowy clearing) manifests by knitting quilts that open up a domain of sorts. Can also knit yarn monsters!

...Okay this one is kind of cheating since it’s just a spruced up version of a doodle I posted before—Anyway, please have a reference of my character, Entertainer, which I used for Artfight 2022 (which I just realised is a very impractical one since the purple here is actually brown in a normal scheme but oh well). Here is the description I had put down on Art Fight for posterity:

The Entertainer (or Carol Calimeris), 35, a luthier/performer by day, musician/musical instrument inventor/"master" thief by night. Her villainous origin story is failing a music school entrance exam. Yep.

Will claim to be a villain despite being a relatively fun and kindhearted friend. Cool irresponsible aunt vibes. Just... with slight mad scientist vibes. If on a heist, she becomes a loud, competitive, giant dramatic ham, very much playing up the insane genius role. Loves the attention. Her main modeus operandi is stealing rare and weird instruments and mishmashing them into franksteinish musical abominations.

Her family thinks it's just some weird cute phase and somehow is never there when she's in the middle of a heist or being arrested, instead either barely missing it or misinterpreting the situation.

And she has pet chickens (which is a carry over from my "LULZ SO RANDUM" phase on dA, but I got too attached to them to get rid of them so they're staying, sorry—)

Redrew one of my characters, Danny, as an updated reference for Art Fight 2022! Below is the description I have for him on there!

A half-imp, 28-ish year old amateur spellcaster who fancies himself an inventor (i.e. he finds random junk he finds even mildly interesting and tries to enchant them). Usually with very dubious results, but he's doing his best! He is pretty extroverted and a bit of a party animal, is a ride or die friend but not the one usually holding the braincell needed to avoid the dying (maybe just enough to run away though). Also plays the trumpet! Danny is from a world where people from different time periods and genres co-exist; his was a Victorian urban fantasy, so he's pretty fascinated with modernish tech, music and media. So he kinda collects these and is super happy with pretty much any gift you give him. Has a bad habit of "borrowing" magic supplies needed for spellcasting and potion brewing though, and frequenting literal undergrounds that sell the latter. Also has a bad habit of attracting trouble. Very usually the comic relief when placed in a group (much to his dismay). Kind of has the mannerisms of a cat when spooked. Or a possum.
