Some frame by frame animations! Tahoma2D is pretty nifty and free; it's based off of OpenToonz, which in itself is the opensource version of what Studio Ghibli uses. I find Tahoma more user-friendly though!
First animation is of me, but done along with shar’s "animate with me" video (check it out because it's a good way to break down animation steps in a non-intimidating way)
Second is of one of my characters, Danny Pickets. I asked my friends for something to animate and @thekyuusanna suggested him doing fingerguns. The tail was a little tricky but we got there in the end. :'D
