Ansgar is an equal opportunity justiciar. I think that causes a lot of problems outside of Cliffset or, rather, when it comes to people of higher ranks who come into Cliffset. Fritjof would let one or two things go, on account of the offender's rank and his own shaky position as a fledgling noble, and Ansgar would have a really hard time with that: go against his convictions OR disobey his lord? Frustrating.
