Another OC, Bodie the Whites Tree frog, weird little hippie who spends his days in the Australian outback in his broken down RV. He's mega chill and pretty friendly but loyal only to his own freedom and lifestyle, and won't let anything or anyone threaten it.

Whites tree frogs are probably my favorite species of frog, a basic pick maybe, but they are very cute and pretty.

Some important frog info to know: frogs, like all amphibians, breathe and absorb moisture through their skin. That means anything on your hands will be soaked up into their body! You should keep handling of a frog minimal and only either with special gloves or washed hands that have ben throughly rinsed. The oils from your skin, soap, or any other chemicals you may have on you are very harmful to them.

Also: never sit a frog up like it's a person! It's not funny or cute, these animals can not breathe properly in this position with how their lungs and ribs function.

Okay so my bf sent me this

which apparently @were--ralph posted on bluesky as a draw your OC meme. I am happy to comply forever, but I don't have a bluesky for art. I just noticed I forgot Barley's canon nose piercing. Alas. I already had to go back in and add his tail after forgetting it the first time! I'm done with this one. It was a lot of fun to work up fairly quickly, but I'm not interested in spending hours aching over the tiny details of it.

This was my first time drawing Freddie too, and it was fun to try and figure out how to do it - though I am always extremely anxious when working with someone else's character about messing something up! It'll be a real challenge once I finally try to draw his face, haha.
