I wanted to ask how bonds work exactly. Like, im guessing someone can have more than one bond, not necessarily romantic. Do yanderes have a ‘one and only’ like in the very dark au written by someone of the name akin to ‘thatonenonameuser’ (i probably remember it wrong) ?
What is yuu’s role here? Cause technically they should be a neutral- but,,, idk,, there’s this a/b/o au someone made that has yuu be normal but everyone thinks they are a omega cause they smell like one- so what if yuu in here is a DD like Kalim? Kinda like thatnonameuser’s au- where mc is diagnosed as a darling cause they don’t act like a yandere. They just behave normally- but for the au’s standard- for that au’s twst standard- is darling behavior. So that means they are a darling right? And i guess it too is piking from Kiame-sama’s au where in our world we are just regular ol’ humans but in twst they have a addictive aura that makes everyone want them. Like,,, basically our world’s humans is filled with DD- or seven what if yuu feels like the equivalent of the child of a DD with another DD which maybe makes them the quadruple of soothing?? TwT

Imma be real with yall and say that I did not expect as much love as I have been getting with my yandereverse! So thank yall so much! Anyways, back to the ask.
In regards to bonds, think of them as extreme versions of any relationship. Parents and older siblings who have bonded to their youngest will be protective, territorial, and picky about who they let their bonded interact with. The term "bonded" is kinda a filler term for any connection a yandere forms, be it one-sided or not, because of how extreme yandere emotions are.
In @thatnonameuser 's yandereverse au (which is really good and one of my inspirations. Go check them out along with @kiame-sama if you want amazing yandereverse) every yandere has a single one person who is perfect for them, which just so happens to be yuu. And while that is a fascinating consept, it feels overdone. So for this au, Yuu is just a normal person. No aura whatsoever. Even neutrals have some kind mild soothing aura in the yandereverse. But yuu? Nothing. It's baffling. They are neither yandere, darling, or neutral.
The reason I made Ace's just your standard yandere is that I think that absolute goober of a boy is far too silly to be a YY hyperbonded. Those are the extreme of the extreme yanderes. The kind that mails the severed hands of their darlings ex to them. Ace is not that kind of yandere, I am so sorry to say. He is a yandere, I assure you, but is he YY material? Not even close.
