Well, these two are not as rough or savage-looking as I imagined the characters from the books (Quintana's hair seems very tamed in particular, lol), also this is not a scene from inside story, but one imagined by the artist... Still, I decided to feature this fanart, as there aren't many inspired from this INCREDIBLE series *sigh* Side-note: Oh, you beautiful and talented illustrators, what are you even doing right now? Read these books, fall in love with these characters and create magical artworks to steal our hearts with!! 😋 To be honest, Froi and Quintana deserved so badly a peaceful moment like this one, but there was little (close to none) time for tenderness. 💞 They own my heart, even though it's in pieces, as it broke for them too many times to count. I love them to the moon and back nonetheless - for their flaws, for their weaknesses, for their courage and strength, for the beauty of their hearts, burried deep in their core as it was, lol. Do I still need to tell you how much I recomend Lumatere Chronicles (btw, these are the books 2&3)? Day 9 #bloomingjunechallenge2017: Longest books on your TBR . . I read "Finnikin of the Rock" about two years ago now and really enjoyed it - but I still haven't started the sequel.
