Before I forget again I made a cheesecake for a St Patrick's Day Party with my friends. It was beautiful before my husband cut it. It's supposed to be a pot if gold so I used brownies as the crust and added gold dye.

Besides the banana chocolate chip
Loaves this morning, this evening we did Dr Pepper ham, stuffing, Mason made green bean casserole, and I made an apple pie with crumb topping from scratch, which was AMAZING
Also deviled eggs and pumpkin pies
Mason made some whipped cream for the pies, from heavy whipping cream. What a nice snackable evening we had.

A story in 3 parts
Made from scratch apple pie with fresh apples picked from a local New Hampshire orchard.
Made Crème Brûlée for the first time today! Today is my mom's birthday and that's what she asked for as her dessert. I don't have a kitchen torch, but my parents have a big torch I used lol. The tops caramelized before I got the sugar on, and the sugar didn't caramelize on most of them 😅. The custard is also not completely smooth.
This was my first time, it's completely keto/sugar free (my mom is diabetic), and I don't make custard; my mom loved it though. Overall I'm considering this a win.
Next month I have round two trying to make ice cream cake for my husband. In August my sister in law wants cheesecake, my brother wants red velvet (round two for that too!), and my dad is chill and just wants yellow cake with chocolate frosting.
There are few ways to better spend a day than in the kitchen 🩷
In order: bread dough (made buns and dinner rolls), chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, monster cookies, brownies, chocolate chip blondies, and s'more bars.
Had a few bananas that got hidden for too long, so I made some banana bread! I sent half of it with the guys doing our windows and siding. I don't know what was up, but it felt like it took forever to finish baking.
