Before I forget again I made a cheesecake for a St Patrick's Day Party with my friends. It was beautiful before my husband cut it. It's supposed to be a pot if gold so I used brownies as the crust and added gold dye.

Made Crème Brûlée for the first time today! Today is my mom's birthday and that's what she asked for as her dessert. I don't have a kitchen torch, but my parents have a big torch I used lol. The tops caramelized before I got the sugar on, and the sugar didn't caramelize on most of them 😅. The custard is also not completely smooth.
This was my first time, it's completely keto/sugar free (my mom is diabetic), and I don't make custard; my mom loved it though. Overall I'm considering this a win.
Next month I have round two trying to make ice cream cake for my husband. In August my sister in law wants cheesecake, my brother wants red velvet (round two for that too!), and my dad is chill and just wants yellow cake with chocolate frosting.
Marry Me Chickpeas for supper! I told my family I did chickpeas because they're cheaper than chicken, not because I'm eating less meat 😅. It's good overall, but my tomato paste was bad so it's missing that; plus I didn't realize Chili Flakes and Red Pepper Flakes are different, so it's spicier than intended. I don't mind the heat, but as I write this Little Man hasn't eaten yet and I'm a little worried about him.
Edit: Everyone seems to like it enough to at least finish! My dad said it was just okay, he doesn't like a ton of different flavors in his food. I think with some adjustments it could be added to our meal rotation.
