After 47 hours of holding on, my dad has finally passed on. I'm glad he's finally at peace.

I'm managing okay, taking it hour by hour. I'm still in the foggy place of this is happening but it doesn't feel real. It hasn't completely set in that I'm losing my dad so I'm sure I'll have a melt down once he actually passes. I think as long as he's still breathing, even on the ventilator, I want to hope for a miracle.
