My kind of Mondays : setting up, styling and launching a Zero waste olive oil café Pop up this week! The urban space we took over for the next few days is a joint collaboration between @ville_de_geneve x @bahama_yellow_gva. During yesterday's soft launch, neighbors kept stopping to marvel at having such a gem of a space in the middle of their overlooked neighbourhood. The gentrification of this area of is fascinating to watch, so far seems that its possible to progressively renew a neighbourhood by bringing fresh concepts that still respect the existing local life. Start ups and small companies that take a chance on overlooked neighbourhoods can create business that defends values of sustainability, entrepreneurship, all the while giving back to the community.
