A bit of a 'power' day today 5 x High box jumps 5 x Power cleans (high pull is option) 5 x Wall ball throws 5 x Front squats 25m x Heavy prowler sprints Repeat x 5 The idea today is to use a weight that is heavy BUT one that you can still move with speed - this moves the exercise from simply strength to power!! Do everything as explosively as possible - rest as needed - this is not a speed day
