I bought a plyo box today for the garage gym. 24”. It’s really solid. Was testing it outside because I’m a bit too tall. If I were to jump, I may hit my head because I can jump pretty high. Now I can work on more explosiveness.
Lunch workout was hard, especially after yesterday’s nonsense.
3 rounds for time:

21 dual kettlebell cleans (12kg)
15 kettlebell swings (12kg)
9 burpee + box jump (24 inches)

I did the first round of cleans unbroken, and that was probably a mistake that I paid for during the rest of the workout. Second and third sets I broke up in groups of 7, and that was much better. It’s also getting hot enough now to require chalking up throughout workouts. I’m gonna need to get a fan for the garage soon.

My box jumps have gotten so big that I need a step down box 👀👀👀
