Every 'Mothra lives AU' from before GxK is now instantly much funnier because they'd have to inevitably meet Mothra-Prime. Like imagine Godzilla & Mothra heading to Egypt when Kong surfaces again and just seeing another Mothra with him. Godzilla's just so incredibly confused while Mothra's sweating bullets as she never told him about her other selves and from Godzilla's perspective, if she ever did die, she'd reincarnate sometime later.

Goji's knee-jerk reaction might be a "you didn't tell me? Why didn't you tell me?" and KOTM Mothra, assuming he's going to be upset with her because his temper is infamous, gets ready to go on an apologetic tangent about how she didn't know how to tell him and their relationship developed to a point where bringing up how her life cycle actually works is a bit awkward and he's already seen her die a couple times by now and she doesn't want to invalidate his emotional reactions to them...

Meanwhile Goji's brain is just like "imagine something better than Mothra." "Two Mothras." "SHIT U RIGHT!"

Trapper being a Titan Veterinarian opens so many questions up.

Is Titanic Medicine like- a genuine field of study in this world? Can you study this crap in college? Can people in the Godzilla world spend an entire semester hearing about Godzilla's insane biology?

Or is this guy just a normal vet who obtained the Titan Vet title through being a psychopath and getting inside the mouths of other Titans and just genuinely putting himself in harms way and somehow managing to heal them?

Both of these are equally entertaining but I kind of like the idea that this guy has a monopoly on the whole thing just because he's the only one crazy enough to tangle with Titans.

It truly takes a special kind of crazy for one to look at a Titan and think "I'mma be a Vet for that. Can you imagine the fleas on that thing?" Trapper is that level of crazy.

I wonder/hope if the Monsterverse's Architecture would undergo vast changes to support the presence of the Titans.

Examples being big ass nature pathways for wandering Titans, larger sea walls in case Godzilla decides to visit and Goji-tsunamis the coast, resting spots for Titans like the colosseum, more durable buildings, etc.

Because, if the humans are gonna have to share land with the big guys may as well try to accommodate them, right?

Ironically, this actually ends up bringing the entire world to resemble Atlantis and other ancient civilizations who had the self-same issues back in their heyday. Ends up being good for all parties involved; especially Godzilla, who now gets hundreds of little sleepy spots all around the globe- both for him to rest at and for the little humans to crowd around in worship.

(he thinks they're there to worship him, in actuality they're all just Titan-Tourists and he effectively spikes the tourist economies of whatever random city he decides to show up at- kinda like a certain American pop-star with questionable private jet usage- except unannounced and significantly cooler.)

Honestly, it would be really cool to see human architecture evolve in such a way, plus it would be nostalgic for Godzilla to see mankind in a sense returning to their roots, kind of. I'm only surprised that big sea walls haven't been constructed already by GxK, but that's probably an oversight (plus the time-honored tradition of Giant Monster Causes Property Damage By Going For A Walk).

Imagine being a lonely guy all your life, everyone avoids you because you got the reputation of a violent psychopath at a young age because of anger issues your parental figures never tried to help you with, the only family that ever loved you just left one day unceremoniously, the only people in your life only vaguely tolerate you, and everything else is out to get you because of what you are.

Then one day a colony of ants begins following you around and building little houses and biting at the toes of your enemies and giving you offerings and sleeping beside you and warning you about coming threats and dying for you in battle and building little statues of you and growing in your name and eventually building cities, churches, and even beds for you to rest your world-weary head on.

I would miss their affection too. I would be upset none of the modern day ones remember what once was between us. I'd want them to love me again as well.

Maybe, while Godzilla sleeps in the Colosseum, he dreams of being gently roused by the sound of voices around him. Tiny, human voices in a cadence and harmony he recognizes as song; his great amber eyes blink open and he'll see them, just a few humans watching his immense bulk rest and singing him to a peaceful sleep. Perhaps some humans do recall the old ways, if only in dreams, and with a gladly aching heart he allows them to lull him into sleep.

It's a nice dream, but still a dream.

Battra idea:

Because he would've been so ancient and Mothra's older brother- he could've been an ally to Ozzy and Shimo in much the same vein that Mothra is to Goji and the modern titans. Hell, this could've been how Mothra met Ozzy and later his younger brother, through her brother introducing them as allies she'd need to work with when she came of age.

Now I'm imagining his reaction to learning just how close Mothra and Goji are. It's not often a being so staunchly devoted to the Planet, a paladin in the shape of a Titanic godlike entity, suddenly turns into a typical overprotective big brother.

Trapper: Yeah! Just today I had Shimo in for her crystal shining.

Trapper: I think Kong may have told his friends about me...

Ilene: Oh- wow- that's...

Trapper: GREAT, RIGHT??

Trapper: I got Godzilla in here for a dental checkup at 2, Rodan's coming in for a talon-job at 5, tomorrow Barb's gonna have me clean her mandibles on the side, Maia's gonna help me come up with new attachments for Dagon, Tiamat needs her frills cleaned, Mothra's been feeling under the weather a bit, Battra wants me to polish his stinger, Behemoth's getting a tusk-job...

Ilene: Oh- my god.

Trapper: And that's just the next 3 days!!

Ilene: But you don't sound stressed?

Trapper: Why would I be?? This job's great! Gotta blast now, can't keep the King waiting.

He zooms off and Ilene is left with Jia

Jia: I think he may be crazy

Ilene: It's a lot worse then that, honey.

Ilene: You know how some people love their job and some people may as well be married to their job?

Jia: Yeah?

[Ilene shows a picture of Trapper getting his Titan Vet License (currently the only one of its kind), framed and with a tiny veil attached. He's actually dressed to the nines in a nice suit and clean shaven, visibly tearing up in joy.]

Ilene: He ACTUALLY married his job.
