!!!!!!! was how he felt right now. he was pretty much bursting through the halls to catch up with the girl. he was so excited, like way too excited. more than excited than he should be. but being dramatic was part of the rose/beauty household.

frost trailed behind the boy as he, for once, used his feet, padding down the hall or auradon prep. he had only been attending the school for a few days, and yet, he still couldn’t navigate these damn halls. finally finding an exit, the young winter spirit daunted into the sun, making sure it wasn’t too hot. a childish grin lit up his pale face as he let out a whoop of, ‘ hell yeah! ‘ his new found happiness sparked an energy in him, his bare feet lifting from the ground as he flew in the sky, not noticing eyes staring him down.

Elysia had gotten pretty good at sensing when her sister needed her. By now she could sense it all across campus if she needed to. Unfortunately for Elysia, when her sister was in emotional distress, she ended up making it snow. Thankfully she did it in hers and Melody’s room this time instead of in the hallway. She didn’t need to go looking for her sister, because seconds later Eliza was at her door looking distressed. 

The elder of the two looked up from her book, only then noticing the inch of snow covering her bed, and waved a hand to get the white flakes to vanish. Eliza had adopted their mother’s mindset as a kid: conceal, don’t feel. Elysia, on the other hand, had taken everything Elsa had taught her and used it to try and practice; to keep herself from losing control as often as her sister. 

Blue eyes narrowed when she sensed her sister was about to lose it, the elder twin sliding off the bed with the grace their mother passed on to her and within seconds wrapped her arms around Eliza. “Breathe. It’s okay, I’m here. What’s wrong?”
