people need to stop sleeping on fast & furious: spy racers, its actually a great show & here are some reasons why you should watch:
•tyler posey voices the main character (tony toretto) and he does a phenomenal job
•although its an addition to the fast & the furious franchise, you dont need to watch the movies to watch/enjoy the show
•and if u DO like the movies, its also enjoyable bc the “family is ride or die” toretto trait is also carried by tony (i got nostalgic for the movies and watched them all after i saw the show)
•even though its family friendly, the car chase/racing scenes are really cool
•the animation is different (like camp cretacious)
•its made by dreamworks and their track record for netflix originals is pretty damn good (tales of arcadia, she-ra, voltron)
•the characters are all loveable and well-written
•im 20 years old and i find myself literally laughing out loud at some scenes, like it has no business being as funny as it is
•there are two seasons already on netflix and they’re only 8 episodes long, so it wont feel like the episodes are dragging on forever, its actually a pretty quick watch
my point is give this show a chance, i guarantee it’ll surprise you
