this is adam! nikolaj coster-waldau fc! he’s a 47 year old local and a science professor at UA, though he teaches mostly online courses at this point. (he teaches biology, microbiology, and marine biology at different levels). he’s a smarty-pants but a doofus first and foremost.

my most wanted connection is a daughter for him! around the age of 23-28, as he was a father on the young side. nervous at first, but really took to it! he took his baby girl with him to his university classes back in the day and spent all of his time making sure to provide her with the best life possible. im not picky about the fc on this and if you already have a character made/applied for that could fit, that works just as well! i can just change his last name to accommodate. 

other possible connections includes siblings, nieces or nephews, old friends, new friends, previous or current students, exes, or even his daughter’s mother! i’m leaving that last one very open ended, the only stipulation being that adam raised their daughter on his own.

hi everyone! i’m meha, and if accepted i plan on bringing in andrew sterling, aged 22. he’s lived in frostford all his life except for his college years (he graduated and returned this past winter break from ut austin), so he’s open to all types of connections! 

some bullet points: 

second youngest in his family & the youngest boy

very outgoing and social bc he’s always been around people (he has 10 siblings) 

family is most important.  

his younger sister ryan is his absolute best friend, but kai lewis is on that list too

he’s had three girlfriends: katherine, katrina, and katelyn and he knows how absolutely ridiculous that is 

but he’s absolutely always up for putting himself out there bc some of his brothers are divorced and he feels like he’d rather make all his mistakes now (not that it works that way).  

he played football in high school so if your character has worked at the high school for more than 3.5 years then he’d know them probably! he was ~popular~ but very nice, so if your character is in his age range and grew up here they could easily be friends/frenemies/

he’s the kind of person that likes to get along with everyone, but he’s also kind of a spaz bc he has a lot of people in his life and his family is his first priority. will always remember everything about you and everything you’ve told him when you’re in his line of sight, but he’s bad at keeping all that information in his mind the rest of the time. 

taking a gap year (or more) bc he doesn’t know what to do with the rest of his life; his parents are both doctors but he doesn’t know he has it in him to spend 15+ years studying medicine. 

right now he works at bushel’s so he’ll see everyone in town whenever they’re getting groceries!

MEET TANNER CARTWRIGHT 

Hello, hello I’m Jules and this is Tanner. He’s 34, a frostford native who’s been in town pretty much his entire life except for when he went to University, and that barely counts as leaving because he was back all the time. He’s the oldest of the Cartwright siblings. In high school he played football, the NFL was his dream. An injury in University ended that dream before it began. Now he’s a firefighter and he wouldn’t trade his life even if it meant becoming the most famous football player. He’s married to Hannah Cartwright, the love of his life, they’ve got three kids (Tucker, Gracie and Tommy) with two more on the way. That’s the short form about him. I’m going to stop myself before I ramble for forever in this. He’s absolutely open for plots and connections!

hi everyone! not wanting to jump the gun but i’ve made a little inspo blog with my applicant to frostford, barbara schaffer (known more commonly as babs)

quick rundown on babs (tw parental death)

-24 years old, life-long native of frostford

- lone survivor of a car crash that killed her parents (something she obviously doesn’t enjoy talking about), essentially raised by her grandparents since then (her grandpa owns the galaxy drive in)

- went to community college outside of town to study business operations

- hard worker with two jobs, gives horseriding lessons during the day at magnolia hill ranch (with her beloved horse, bunny) and then immediately zips over to the drive in to oversee projection operations on the screens at the drive in (which she plans to take over some day)

- can always always been seen roller skating around town to get from one place to another, she also wears them when working at the drive in to get from one place to another more effectively 

- hates driving and won’t get into a car unless there’s honest to god no other choice

-lover of all things retro; old movies, old music, vintage style 

wanted connections: oh god, anything! give me cousins! best friends! begrudged enemies from high school! old boyfriends! co-workers at the ranch or drive in! honest to god ill take all of it (i do hc that she had a relationship with a guy and it ended his marriage and caused a scandal in the town so if you’re up for something wild like that, absolutely hit me up)

hiya! i’m julie, and i haven’t rp’d in a very long time but i’m super excited to come back and join in with frostford! that being said, if i’m a bit rusty, i apologize <3 i am in PST so chances are i’m probably awake if you are, and with all the coronavirus stuff, i have way more time to rp than ever before. LEGGOO

so, i’ll be able to write a more formal bio later along with her blog (if accepted, of course) but, to be brief, Ava grew up in Frostford, but went to college as far away as she could get (which happened to be Los Angeles, California). she studied to become a vet technician and lived in LA for most of her 20s. it wasn’t until her mother suddenly died from a heart attack that she came back to Frostford (if she’s honest, she probably never would have had it not been for her mother’s death). since she was the only child, and her father walked out on their family before she could even walk, everything was left to Ava. there’s a lot of guilt that she has, mainly because she left Frostford and never really looked back - including her own mother - but also because she never got to be fully honest with her mother about her sexuality. 

she was a quiet girl growing up; if you were in the same graduating class, you probably knew her, but only through occasional conversations here and there. she kept her head down and studied her way to a full scholarship to a university in California, so she really only had a couple of friends, all of which she lost contact with when she moved (re: she knows how fast gossip travels, and she was paranoid that keeping any contact with people back home might somehow out herself). 

her way of dealing and coping with her loss is staying in Frostford for the time being; initially, she wanted to sell the house, but after going through her mother’s things and staying around the town itself, she decided to hold off on it. it’s been a few months since she moved back, and while she’s mostly settled in, there’s a big part of her that wonders if she’ll be able to call this place home again.
