I love the implications that Peppino's pizzeria is probably doing better financially in this universe either because ponies don't really find many pizza places anywhere or simply because of twilight and the gang

who knew that all you had to do to be more financially stable was to become a horse //shot

i dont doubt theres some pizza places in equestria but you are right that, wow, we never... really see any during the shows lifetime. which is WEIRD, because they're completely plant-based aside from pepperoni, which can have it's own substitute. HUH.
