This magical cream cheese frosting is the perfect finishing touch for your cupcakes. It's creamy, smooth, and bursting with flavor. You can customize it with your favorite food coloring to match any occasion.
Ingredients: 8 oz 1 cup cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, softened. 4 cups powdered sugar. 2 tsp vanilla extract. A pinch of salt. Food coloring optional.
Instructions: Put the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter in a large bowl and mix them together until they are smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar slowly while beating the frosting until it is fluffy and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to make it taste better. You can change the color of the frosting by adding a few drops of food coloring and mixing it until it is the color you want. Use the frosting to cover cupcakes or any other baked goods once it's done. Have fun with your magical cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting!

“I know what Dave was incredibly out of line and inappropriate and overstepped boundaries by a lot, I always thought of the kiss as an act of desperation and not an act of forcefulness. Not excusing his actions, just reasoning them.” I was very uncomfortable with Karofsky’s actions before the hiatus, I don’t think they should be excused either. It wasn’t really the kiss (which as you said was portrayed as being very desperate and an emotional outburst rather than an intended assault) but mostly the threats, the creepy stroke and the way a few people were trying to come up with excuses as to why it was okay turned me off the ship for a while (I was on the glee forum at this time though which would explain it..). Even in SSSB I still wasn’t happy with the redemption of Karofsky because I was so afraid the show would go along the lines of the glee club forgiving Karofsky for driving Kurt away when it was really Kurt that needed to do it for him to be redeemed in my eyes. That’s why the last episode worked so well, they drew it out so you could actually see the change and gave Kurt time to process and recover from what happened. Also you could see that Karofsky was actually sorry and wanted to change which was such a contrast with him going from being so distant and fake in front of the glee club with his apology to so open and vulnerable with Kurt. “I just don’t think he’s like… ready to be close or intimate with anyone. I think it still scares him a little bit. I don’t know about “mentor” but I think Kurt could probably become more Dave’s confidant. Well, he already is sort of, but like… on purpose now.” You have a point there, he hasn’t even come out yet and I think that when he does he’s probably not going to suddenly jump into a relationship until he’s comfortable with himself (also at mckinley that would definitely add fuel to the fire). I chose the word mentor because from what we’ve seen so far that seems to be what Kurt is trying to do, get him to not only accept himself but also to educate him. I didn’t mean it in an ‘all-knowing gay-guru’ kind of way considering that Kurt is still insecure and dealing with his own issues as seen in Prom Queen. Once again similar to Blaine at first being someone Kurt could talk to about his issues and help without giving perfect advice before ending up as close friends. Honestly with Glee and its large time-skips and so many variables anything could happen next season. It has bothered me a few times that we keep missing out on resolutions that would have made their plot make a bit more sense, like in BIOTA where there’s no resolution to Kurt and Blaine’s argument it’s just assumed to have happened in the time skip and also with Brittana before the hiatus, so you don’t really know what it’s going to be like in the next episode. :/

No, totally agree with you there. Dave's death threats and then his intimidation tactics were completely out of line. And pretty disturbing. I don't think he ever would have actually attempted to kill Kurt, but it was still incredibly messed up. I think he panicked at having found out that Kurt told someone else, someone he didn't even know, and he went off the deep end. I do not condone his actions for one second.
I like that they're sort of drawing out the Glee Club's resigned acceptance of Dave's apology. Because they shouldn't want to forgive him. He fucked up Kurt's life pretty bad. But so far, they're going okay I think. I hope they do more with Finn and his slow dawning realization that Dave is gay.
I think it would be more... realistic? I guess? if Dave didn't come out officially and instead accepted himself and told a select few people. Like maybe just family and a couple friends. Dave doesn't seem to be one for opening up.
Well, the thing with TV shows that have a "set timeline" is that you only have so much time per episode to get things done. Each season is only the length of a school term. If they had everything happen on screen, we'd never get through story arcs, and it would be pretty boring. We just need to think about things that happen off screen. And I mean, we do that anyway.

"I think Dave does have a crush on Kurt now. I was sort of unsure at first; I thought maybe he was just kind of reaching out for help more than he felt an attraction, but now I’m pretty sure." Ditto. Since the kiss happened I've wondered if Karofsky was just projecting onto the only openly gay guy in the school but now I think he definitely has a crush after the whole 'wait for me' conversation. I also don't see Karofsky as a 'bad' character like some other people too, he has a lot more depth than a lot of the main characters and Kurt brings a lot of that out so I'll be disappointed if they don't take this relationship (friend or otherwise) further. Some examples of this are with how Karofsky keeps trying to push Kurt away because he’s not used to being treated like that (such as how he keeps asking why Kurt cares and why he hasn't told anyone) and how vulnerable he seems to get when Kurt keeps trying to help him. That in combination with how he reacted to people being nice to him in SSSB makes me just feel bad for him and want a friendship even more. There’s also a parallel here to how Kurt was before and in NBK. Kurt was so used to people pulling him down that when Blaine was nice to him and took his hand he seemed to be in disbelief. So now that Kurt has more confidence in himself he could easily turn into a mentor-like figure for Karofsky who hasn’t reached that stage yet (basically when you think about it Kurt could be Karofsky’s Blaine ahaha). I could see a friendship between them all with Blaine wanting to help Karofsky but still being jealous because he knows about Karofsky’s crush on Kurt and Kurt just bossing both of them around XD Also this would be good for Klaine because I really want to see Blaine get jealous and being possessive <3 Now I’m going to be so disappointed if this storyline gets dropped. :/

Kurt could bring out a lot of good things in Dave, and really he already has. I just don't think he's like... ready to be close or intimate with anyone. I think it still scares him a little bit. I don't know about "mentor" but I think Kurt could probably become more Dave's confidant. Well, he already is sort of, but like... on purpose now. Like Dave tells him things because he wants to, not because Kurt keeps finding out.
Dave's remembrance of how it felt to perform and let loose is going to crop back up soon, I'm sure. That three minute performance is probably the happiest he's been in a long time, I don't know why they would make his pleasure so obvious just to completely forget about it.
I could see Kurt sort of not fully realizing Dave's crush or just completely forgetting about it... like pushing it to the side in order to help Dave along, and Blaine being jealous about time they spend together. Well, probably more worried and nervous than jealous. I would love a little possessive Blaine, not gonna lie. That's one of my favorite fanon characterizations for Blaine.
I don't think they will. I mean, they've put a lot into this story arc, I don't think they'd leave it out of season three.
