Frozen yogurt bark 🥭🥝🥥 Time to make a refreshing and healthy treat for snack times! It’s really quick and simple to make and the perfect alternative to ice cream. We went for mango, kiwi, blueberries and coconut, but you can add any fruit you want 🥭🥝💙 ~ 500ml of plain Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp vanilla extract Fresh fruit of your choice, chopped Desiccated coconut ~ 1. Mix the yogurt and vanilla extract together in a bowl. 2. Line a shallow baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt into the tray and evenly spread it out so you have a 1cm layer. 3. Sprinkle the chopped fruit and desiccated coconut. 4. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
