Super simple Sunday banana pancakes 🍌🥞 Sunday mornings call for pancakes! This is a simplified version (using only 3 ingredients) of an old recipe and it's spot on 👌🏻. Serve drizzled in maple syrup with creamy Greek yogurt 😍. ~ Ingredients: (makes 12) 2 ripe bananas 1/2 cup (125ml) self raising flour 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut milk (or any other milk you want) ~ Directions: 🍌 Mash the bananas with a fork then add to a bowl with the flour and milk. Mix well to form a semi-runny batter. 🍌 Warm a non-stick frying pan on a medium-low heat and add 1/2 tsp oil (I use coconut oil). 🍌 Add 1 heaped tablespoon of batter per pancake to the pan and cook for a minute or so until bubbles begin to show.
