Starting to experiment again on finding even more sustainable foods for our community. Teaching myself how to propagate oysters for now. Hopefully will move on to other culinary and medicinal mushrooms soon. I’m teaching myself but if any mycologist out there would ever care to hold a workshop for our neighbors, it would be greatly appreciated! Also, any Haitian chefs out there that can provide a recipe for mushrooms with a “Haitian flavor,” that would also be appreciated.
