Sweet rice with cashew milk, frozen mangoes, and blackberries. 🍚

Fruity rice 🍚 to make this all I did was cook rice how I normally do (1 cup white dry rice to 2 cups water in a pot, bring to a boil, once it boils put on lid and simmer for 30 mins). But this time while the rice was boiling before closing the lid I added 2 chopped apples, around 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and some cinnamon. After it was done cooking I mixed everything together and it turned a beautiful purple, and I mixed a chopped banana in there. It's soo good! 🍚🍌🍎
