Yesterday morning I wanted oats, for the first time in a few months... It seems that if I don't add sweetener, only fruit (maybe just a bit of blackstrap molasses too), I can eat my oats when I have the time to. To this bowl I added some fresh blueberries, peaches, hemp hearts and a bit of blackstrap molasses for some more iron and calcium. Now I can can have smoothies in the morning again, which is so nice! It seems that the baby starts to like other things besides spicy and savory foods too, which is a nice change. I don't need overly sweet foods, but a bit of sweetness from time to time is quite nice.
